The height of the chevron is 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 17mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm. The belt width is 300-1600 mm. The chevron shape can be specially designed according to customer’s requirement.

Product Structure
Chevron conveyor belt is made of multi-layer impregnated nylon canvas and EP canvas as framework material, covered with different chevron height and type coating rubber, and manufactured through calendering, molding, curing and other processes.
Product Features
Nylon (NN) conveyor belt has the advantages of light belt body, good elasticity, high strength, impact resistance and grooving. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance, large volume and high speed.
Polyester (EP) conveyor belt has the advantages of high initial modulus, good thermal stability of belt body size, high strength, small elongation and impact resistance. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance, large volume and high speed.
Cotton (CC) conveyor belt can be used in the middle distance to transport materials. The cotton canvas is woven by cotton fibers both in wrap and weft, it has the advantages of low elongation, good performance in mechanical fastening and well adhesion force with rubber.

It is widely used in coal, mining, port, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, casting, building materials, cement and other industries and places that need high-speed and 16-45 degree angel of materials, and it is used to transport non-corrosive block, granular, powder materials, bulk materials or finished articles.
